Yes we only collect and drop off bikes om Gauteng for selected races as indicated on our website. Bikes can either be collected and dropped off at indicated Cycling shops. We also offer door to door collection at a additional fee.
Location will be shared at the race venues where Bicycles can be collected and dropped off. Collection will always be close to race registration and drop-off close race finish if not at the race village itself.
You will need to save my number, Barend van Heerden 082 571 5557 on your phone contact list. We will create a WhatsApp group specifically for each of the relevant events to share locations and important information pertaining to the event. Please note that this WhatsApp group will only allow admins to post relevant information. You will need to contact me directly should you require more information.
NO, you will need to collect your bicycle yourself, in person and will need to show us your ID or license and sign the register in order for us to hand over the bicycle / bicycles. No Bicycle will be handed over with proof of ID card or Drivers license.
No, the bikes are not insured. Please insure your bike properly and inform your insurance company about your bicycle being transported and handled by logistics company.
It is you, our mutual and valued customer / clients responsibility to obtain sufficient insurance cover for your bike while left in the custody of VIP Bicycle Transport and Logistics.
VIP Bicycle Transport and Logistics is not in anyway involved with insurance cover for their customer / clients bicycle / bicycles.
Your booking is secured once we have received full payment for the transportation. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and invoice once payments has been received.
