Booking Details

All Groups will be leaving from Bike Barn situated at 98 Nelson Mandela Ave Randhart and with the final destination been the Parys Golf Course.

Parking will be allocated at bike barn and neighboring businesses, Security will be supplied to ensure the safety of the vehicles

Shop will be open for the use of toilets or last minute requirements.

Riders will be transported back to Bike Barn in a Semi Luxury Bus with their bikes been transported by VIP

Ride Distance 60km Ride

Persons riding the 60km will meet at Bike Barn situated at 98 Nelson Mandela Ave Randhart and with the final destination been the Parys Golf Course.

Parking will be allocated at bike barn and neighboring businesses, Security will be supplied to ensure the safety of the vehicles

Shop will be open for the use of toilets or last minute requirements.

Riders will be able to choose what group they wish to ride with as the groups make there way into the 60km watering point

Riders will be transported back to Bike Barn in a Semi Luxury Bus with their bikes been transported by VIP

Groups: Slow (18 to 20 km average), Medium (20 to 24 km Average)

Meeting time : 60 km Riders - Meet at 06H45 (introductions)

Departure of bus 07H30 (Riders will be transported to the 60km mark where they will then join the 120km groups of there discretion)

Start point 1 - 60 km distance, bus transport from Alberton to start point of 60 km group - Club House Meyersdal Nature Estate – (Hazel Street, Meyersdal Nature Estate Alberton)
For the riders doing the 60km ride. You will need to be at Meyersdal Nature Estate from 06h00 and not later than 06h30 in order for bikes to be loaded into the bicycle trailer and riders to get on the bus which will leave at 07h00 to the start point of the 60km ride.
Includes transport of Rider and Bike from Alberton to 60km start and return to Alberton via Bus after outride.
2 fully supported Water and refuel points along the route - 60km and 90 km.
4 backup support and hydration vehicles on route.
Includes venue entry to Parys Golf and Country Estate

Once you have booked your bicycle with us, it’s VERY IMPORTANT note the following:

1. Please save my number, Barend van Heerden 0825715557 on your phone contact list. We will create a Whatsup group specifically for each of the relevant events to share locations and important information pertaining to the event. Please note that this Whatsup group will only allow admins to post relevant information. You will need to contact me directly should you require more information.

2. To collect your bike, you must please show us your ID or license and sign the register in order for us to hand over the bicycle / bicycles

3. Please hand your bike in as soon as possible after the race in order for us the ensure your bike is securely loaded in order for us to start the journey back as soon as possible.
