No, for security reasons, only the registered owner can collect their bicycle at the designated collection points.

To pick up your bike(s), you'll need to present your ID or driver's license and sign the collection register. We cannot release any bicycle without valid proof of identification.

No, your bicycles are not insured by VIP Bicycle Transport and Logistics.

It's your responsibility as our valued customer to secure sufficient insurance coverage for your bike(s) while they are in our custody. We strongly advise you to properly insure your bicycle and inform your insurance company that it will be transported and handled by a logistics company.

While VIP Bicycle Transport and Logistics carries comprehensive and liability cover, this does not mean your bicycle(s) are fully insured. Our coverage addresses our legal liability as a carrier, but it is not "all risks" Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance that directly covers your property. Comprehensive cover, as with any insurance policy, always has specific risks and limitations as stipulated by insurance underwriters.

We are not involved in any way with providing insurance coverage for customer bicycles.

Your booking is secured as soon as we receive full payment for the transportation. You'll then get a confirmation email and invoice from us.
