Important Information
We will be conducting bicycle collections at the following two locations:
- OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
- Cape Town International Airport in Cape Town
A VIP Bicycle Transport representative will be stationed at these airports to receive your bicycle in its travel bag. Please note that no reassembly is required prior to us collecting the bicycle; we will transport and transfer your bicycle in the exact same condition as it travelled by plane
Collections will take place over the following three days:
- Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
- Thursday, 22 October 2026.
- Friday, 23 October 2026, until 12h00 (GMT+2) sharp
Once your booking and payments have been finalized, all further communication will be shared with you directly via email.
Bicycles will be availabe for collection in Graaff Reinet - Nedbank Gravel Burn Race Village on Saturday, 24 October at 08h00 (GMT+2)

Once you have booked your bicycle with us, it’s VERY IMPORTANT note the following:
1. Please save my number, Barend van Heerden 0825715557 on your phone contact list. We will create a Whatsup group specifically for each of the relevant events to share locations and important information pertaining to the event. Please note that this Whatsup group will only allow admins to post relevant information. You will need to contact me directly should you require more information.
2. To collect your bike, you must please show us your ID or license and sign the register in order for us to hand over the bicycle / bicycles
3. Please hand your bike in as soon as possible after the race in order for us the ensure your bike is securely loaded in order for us to start the journey back as soon as possible.
4. Please note that we do not have any insurance whatsoever on any of the bikes. Please insure your bike properly and inform your insurance company about your bicycle being transported and handled by logistics company.
